Delivery Information

Standard delivery typically takes 3-6 business days within the Italian territory. 

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary, and additional shipping fees may apply. You will be notified of the expected delivery date and any changes to the estimated arrival time during checkout  Please contact us directly for more details regarding international shipping fees and delivery times.

Local pick-up orders may take up to 2 working days. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.

Returns Policy

At Astrolabio Whiskey & Spirits (DSI Holding Srl) we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Faulty or Damaged Goods and Return Request:

• If you receive any damaged or leaking products, do not accept the delivery and immediately inform the courier to return the item to us. If you have already accepted the goods and later discover damage, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt via email at sales@astrolabiospirits.com

• Send photographs of the damage and an image showing the product's seal intact.

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must include a printed copy of the sales invoice with the returned goods highlighted. You must insure the goods are insured as any damage will be your liability as the sender

• If the returned product is not in its original condition, or if it has been opened, we reserve the right to reduce or deny the refund.

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

• You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information or carrier mistakes. While we strive to meet deadlines, we recommend ordering well in advance for time-sensitive deliveries. We cannot be held liable for goods that do not arrive by a specific date due to circumstances beyond our control.

Force Majeure

Astrolabio Whiskey & Spirits (DSI Holding Srl) shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
